4 speeds, plus a pulse switch enables
unlimited speeds for maximum control. Electronic Circuit
Control with "Soft Start" virtually eliminates
start up splashes and messes. The Solitaire, like

Hot Tip |
For
whipped potatoes, put the whips in the bowl, add
soft, fully cooked potatoes, cover, then turn on
speed 1 to break them down. Add milk,
butter (softened), salt and pepper. Whip
on high speed for 10-15 seconds. |
